Apple Roadside Assistance was founded by Hovik Cherkesyan, a Los Angeles native who got tired of watching big-name tow companies take 90 minutes to show up and charge $400 for a 2-mile tow. We started this company because LA drivers deserved better — honest quotes, fast arrival, and techs who treat your vehicle like it's their own.

Today we run a light-duty flatbed plus two dedicated service vans, so we can handle tows, lockouts, jumps, tire changes, fuel delivery, and mobile battery service across the entire LA County. Our average response time is under 30 minutes in our core area (Burbank, Glendale, Hollywood, Van Nuys, Studio City, North Hollywood, Pasadena, and Downtown LA).

We're fully licensed and insured, with commercial auto, on-hook, and garage keepers coverage on every vehicle we touch. We issue a Certificate of Insurance to any body shop or dealership that wants one — usually within 24 hours.
