Tire Change — common questions

Donuts (temporary spares) are speed-rated to 50 mph and intended for short distances — usually under 70 miles. We'll install it correctly, but get a real tire installed as soon as possible.

We stock used tires for mobile installs. For a specific new tire, it's usually faster and cheaper for you to get it from a tire shop — we can tow you there for $150 + mileage.

We don't plug or patch on the roadside. Plugs should be installed at a shop where the tire can be inspected from the inside for sidewall damage first.
